Garden and Free Parking: Nestled in the beautiful surroundings of Aviemore, this delightful retreat offers more than just a place to lay your head. The garden provides a peaceful sanctuary to unwind and soak up the natural beauty, while the free parking ensures stress-free adventures in the highlands.
Creaky Hinges: The only slight downside to this charming accommodation is the occasional creaky hinges. While they add a touch of quirkiness, they can be a bit noisy during nighttime excursions.

Absolutely brilliant wee property! Location was mind-blowing for what we needed - Highland Wildlife Park and Landmark both just minutes away, and plenty to see in Aviemore plus supermarkets to pick up supplies. The house itself was easy to find and access keys, with a super parking space right at the door. The inside was lovely, with spacious bedrooms and comfy beds. The kitchen dining area was jaw-dropping, with everything you could possibly need. The utility room with dryer was great - we all got soaked one really wet day so having somewhere to dry jackets and shoes was a massive plus - imagine it would be really handy in winter if you were hiking or skiing. The whole place was spotlessly clean as well. Our boys loved the treats left for us, they claimed the shortbread and tablet whilst the grown ups loved the coffee! We will definitely look to stay here again next time we are in the area.

Burnside Pines was a fantastic place to stay for our family vacation. We were delighted to find a bottle of wine and delicious treats waiting for us upon arrival. The location was ideal, with attractions like the Highland Wildlife Park and Landmark just minutes away. The house itself was comfortable and well thought out, with spacious bedrooms and comfy beds. The kitchen dining area was perfect and had everything we needed. The utility room with washer and dryer was a great convenience, especially when our clothes got soaked on a rainy day. The entire property was spotlessly clean, and our kids absolutely loved the treats left for us. we had a wonderful time and would definitely consider returning in the future.
One minor drawback was the creaky door hinges, which made it a bit uncomfortable to get up during the night in case we woke others. The floorboards were also a bit creaky, but it didn't bother us too much.

We had a lovely Christmas stay in this cozy holiday home. the location was perfect, with attractions like the Highland Wildlife Park and Landmark just minutes away, and all the amenities of Aviemore within easy reach. the house was well-equipped, with all the basics provided, including tea, coffee, and even a welcome bottle of wine and tasty treats. the spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds made for a restful stay, and the kitchen dining area had everything we needed. the utility room with washer and dryer was a great bonus, especially for drying our wet clothes after a rainy day. the property was clean, well thought out, and made for a comfortable and enjoyable Christmas getaway.
The creaky door hinges made getting up during the night a bit uncomfortable, in fear of waking others. the lack of a stair gate at the top of the stairs was a concern for families with young children, as it would have provided added safety and peace of mind.

The location was perfect for us, with Highland Wildlife Park and Landmark just minutes away. We also enjoyed exploring Aviemore and found it convenient having supermarkets nearby. The house itself was easy to find and access, with parking right at the door. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were really comfortable. We loved the kitchen dining area, well-equipped with everything we needed. The utility room with washer and dryer was a great bonus, especially when we got wet one rainy day. The treats left for us, including shortbread and tablet, were a good surprise for the kids. Everything was spotlessly clean, making it even better. we had a fantastic stay and will definitely consider coming back in the future.
With small children, it would have given us peace of mind knowing that they wouldn't wander out of the room at night and potentially fall down the stairs.
